The Sanctuary at Fraser Villa (FV) in Fraser, MI is a faith-based Trinity Senior Living Community offering a variety of living options and services including assisted living, nursing care, memory care, and rehabilitation services. FV engaged Plante Moran CRESA (PMC) to finalize development and construction of a new state-of-the-art Rehabilitation and Wellness Center as well as renovate and reconfigure the semi-private rooms in the nursing home facility into fully private rooms. Compounding the complexity of the project was a shortened timeline. PMC was able to deliver everything FV needed on time and on budget.

Through PMC’s efficient processes of project management, construction management, design and development oversight, financial modeling, and move management, the entire project was completed without any unnecessary delays or additional charges, and the new Rehabilitation and Wellness Center opened on schedule. Additionally, the nursing home’s refurbished and reconfigured fully private rooms opened on time and FV was able to market their vastly improved residential services in seamless conjunction with the opening of the new Rehabilitation and Wellness Center.
