DeWitt Public Schools (DPS) engaged Plante Moran Cresa (PMC) as owner’s representative for the district’s $10 million bond program which passed in November of 2009. The bond funds were used to renovate and upgrade seven of the district’s school buildings, construct classroom additions at an elementary school, new team building, tennis courts, track, field and concessions. The renovations involved HVAC/lighting controls, new roofs, windows, interior upgrades, site improvements, and technology upgrades, as well as security access controls.

To date, PMC has identified approximately $800,000 worth of added bond-project projects.
