ForeSee Results continues to see strong growth for its online research and customer satisfaction products. The seven year-old start-up has grown to an amazing 140 employees and shows no signs of slowing down looking to hire another 60-80 staff members within 12 months. With an office in Southfield and its headquarters in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Foresee needed office space on par with other tech companies in the area.
Solutions
The exodus of Phizer in Ann Arbor meant opportunity. Plante Moran CRESA assisted Foresee Results in securing a very creative office solution. Foresee would have the rights to utilize as much space as it desired in the 60,000 square foot building for one year while only committing to a 20,000 square foot lease. After one year Foresee is able to lease the additional space at an agreed upon rate. In addition to a very competitive rate all the furnishings formerly used by Phizer were negotiated into the lease terms.
Plante Moran CRESA also advised Foresee in their Southfield, Michigan lease of 4,500 square feet.
