Community Choice Credit Union (CCCU) has been providing financial care to Michigan communities for nearly 75 years. Their footprint has expanded since 1935 to include 7 counties in Southeast Michigan: Genesee, Lapeer, Livingston, Macomb, Oakland, St. Clair, Washtenaw and Wayne.
Challenges
CCCU had an existing branch in Milford and needed to expand due to the growing market. With no room to grow in their current landlocked site they desired to build in a highly visible site in the growing area with freeway visibility.
Solutions
PMC assisted CCCU by conducting an extensive site selection, due-diligence, as well as assembling the design and construction teams. PMC secured a very visible location in the growing South Lyon, Michigan area with exposure to the I-96 corridor and provided procurement services for bank equipment, security systems, signage and furniture.
