SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – June 29, 2012 – Plante Moran Cresa, a fully integrated independent real estate transaction and consulting firm, announces it served as tenant representative to Lutheran Special Education Ministries to help secure a new headquarters in the Parkview Office Center in Farmington Hills. The organization, which enables children with special needs to receive a Christian education, had been located in Detroit for more than 50 years.
“This was an important move for Lutheran Special Education Ministries because the office, now based in Metro-Detroit, serves as its national headquarters. Based on their long-standing presence in Detroit, it was important to the executive team to have a place where they could plan for the long-term future of the organization,” explained Adam Burgess, a senior associate with Plante Moran Cresa’s transaction group who served as the broker on the transaction.
Lutheran Special Education Ministries will take occupancy July 1.
“We were very pleased with the efficiency and effectiveness of the Plante Moran Cresa team,” said Jim Krone, President and CEO of Lutheran Special Education Ministries.
