SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – July 13, 2012 – Plante Moran Cresa, a fully integrated independent real estate transaction and consulting firm, announces Paul Theriault, P.E., LEED AP, has been promoted from Senior Associate to Vice President in the Education practice and Adam Burgess has been promoted from Associate to Senior Associate on the transaction management team.
Burgess joined Plante Moran Cresa in 2009. As a member of the transaction management team, he provides leasing and acquisition services for a variety of corporate and industrial clients. Burgess holds a Michigan Real Estate license and received a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan–Dearborn.
Theriault joined Plante Moran Cresa in 2006 after working for many years as a construction manager on several large, publicly-financed projects. As a member of Plante Moran Cresa’s project management team in the Education practice, Theriault leads his clients through the planning, design and construction process while ensuring successful results. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan and passed the Professional Engineer exam in 2011. He is also a licensed builder in the State of Michigan.
