Paul R. Wills, AIA
Project Management

Paul is a member of the project management team, specializing in pre-construction planning, project feasibility and project oversight services. Paul excels in helping decision makers define and meet key project success parameters.

Paul has more than 15 years of experience in the design and construction fields, working for architectural, civil engineering, national construction firms, and a major automaker in facilities/building engineering. This experience enables him to validate project parameters and lay the foundation for a successful project through effective space planning, site plan approvals, cost estimating, scheduling, and financing requirements.

Paul is very effective in assisting clients with defining the parameters of a project and the delivery method that best meets the owner's needs, assisting with selection of design and construction team members, working with legal counsel to develop favorable contracts, and monitoring project progress. Paul has completed successful school bond initiatives recently worth over $225 million. He has assisted numerous municipalities and counties across Michigan and Ohio on over 100 facilities projects involving building assessments, conceptual programming, bonding approval, and building construction for municipal offices, law enforcement, fire and EMS, libraries, courts, recreation centers, and DPW facilities.

Paul received his Bachelor’s and Master's degrees in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University and became a licensed architect in 2001. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
