Lacy Vandruska, Associate
Real Estate Transaction Manager

Lacy brings a highly analytical perspective to her involvement in tenant representation. She specializes in providing leasing and acquisition services for office, retail, and industrial clients.

Lacy brings experience as an associate with an international corporate real estate advisory firm. In her previous position, Lacy performed financial and demographic analyses in addition to executing activities that support a variety of transaction requirements, including relocations, renewals, and dispositions. Lacy has also utilized her skills in the commercial real estate industry at Friedman Real Estate Group and as marketing director for CORE Partners. Lacy developed a strong working knowledge of the Detroit Market, and necessary skills to analyze client requirements and implement strategies for alignment of business models with real estate assets.

Lacy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geographic Information Systems, Earth Science, and Social Science from Central Michigan University. Lacy also attended the Michigan Institute of Real Estate. She is a member of CREW, and the Detroit Regional Chapter of the US Green Build Council. Lacy holds a Michigan real estate license.
