Paul Theriault, Associate
Project Management

Paul brings strong construction acumen to the project management team. Specializing in managing the construction process, Paul has more than nine years of experience guiding clients through successful projects in the educational, municipal, financial and health care industries.

Paul began his career working for a construction management company in southeastern Michigan. During that time, he assisted clients primarily in the educational/institutional fields, teaming on several large publicly financed projects. Through these experiences, Paul gained significant expertise in the intricacies of managing daily construction activities, scheduling, budgeting, value engineering and quality control.

Since coming to CRESA, Paul has used his expertise of the construction process to help clients avoid the many pitfalls that may arise during construction. His projects are consistently completed on time and within budget.

Paul received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan and passed the Engineer in Training exam in 1998. He is also a licensed builder in the State of Michigan.
