Ben brings a highly analytical perspective to his involvement in tenant representation, national site selection, tax incentive analysis, project feasibility analysis and financial pro forma modeling.

Ben has a unique blend of experience, having worked for regional and national corporate real estate advisors, and a small development firm where he was responsible for acquisition and entitlement activities, incentive negotiation and acquisition, project financing, and pre-development project management. This background enables Ben to understand real estate from multiple perspectives, thereby strengthening his client’s position in the negotiation process.

Ben has developed strategic solutions for corporate and civic site selection, economic development, portfolio and lease optimization, cost reduction, and capital improvements for a number of high profile clients including the City of Detroit, Harvard University, Sprint/Nextel, Intel and Volkswagen.

Ben graduated with honors from the University of Michigan with Bachelor of Arts and Master of Urban Planning degrees. He is also a member of CoreNet.
