Paul V. Rivetto, AIA, Partner

Paul is a senior member of the project management team, specializing in project feasibility, due diligence, programming and project management of design and construction projects. Paul has extensive experience in the financial industry and has assisted numerous financial institutions with facilities projects. Paul also has experience in manufacturing and research and development facilities and has been involved in many automotive related tier I and tier II supplier type projects.

Paul has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate, design and construction industries. As a licensed architect, he combines creative and technical skills with real estate management experience. Paul brings particular expertise in the financial industry, having served in both regional and corporate capacities as Vice President in charge of design and construction for a large Midwest bank. Responsibilities included planning and implementing a corporate facilities management program, establishing corporate-wide standards and procedures for design, construction, space planning, and furnishings, and project management.

Paul provides a wealth of technical knowledge and expertise to clients, helping them to optimize their facility projects. Paul has helped the many clients execute successful projects, specifically, a 60,000 square foot relocation and headquarters for Carhartt, Inc., multiple projects including a 70,000 square foot headquarters facility for Michigan First Credit Union, a 70,000 square foot facility for Fisher Stamping, and a six phase 100,000 square foot tenant renovation of The Taubman Company’s headquarters.

Paul received his Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University and became a Licensed Architect in 1975. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the International Facility Management Association.
