Brandon M. Podolski, J.D., Vice President
Transaction Management

Brandon is a Vice President for the transaction management team, specializing in the leasing and acquisition of office and industrial properties, build-to-suit engagements and investment real estate transactions.

Brandon's unique credentials and experiences deliver tremendous insight to his clients. Relying on his business and law degrees, and his past experience working with major developers in Michigan, Brandon is able to recognize legal intricacies and identify real estate transaction opportunities. Brandon's previous experience as a listing agent enables him to understand how property owners position their properties. He evaluates properties with a critical perspective that identifies points for negotiation on behalf of his clients. This provides a significant advantage to tenants as they proceed through a negotiation.

Brandon began his professional career in commercial real estate with Grubb & Ellis Company where he was honored with the National Rookie of the Year award, which recognized his success across markets and industries. Most recently, Brandon was a Principal at Lee & Associates of Michigan, LLC.

Brandon received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Eastern Michigan University, a Master's of Business Administration degree from the University of Detroit Mercy, and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.
