Steve Kim, Associate
Real Estate Transaction Manager

As a Real Estate Transaction Manager, Steve specializes in the development and implementation of integrated strategic real estate plans. He advises regional and national corporate clients on real estate transactions including lease, acquisitions, build-to-suit, expansions, contractions, and renewals.

Prior to joining Plante Moran CRESA, Steve served as an Associate Director with an international corporate real estate advisory firm. During that time, Steve was responsible for the development and implementation for strategic real estate plans, and helping corporate clients align their real estate assets with their business objectives. He brings experience in developing proven processes and methodologies to evaluating real estate, and a strong awareness of all of the hidden intricacies of real estate transactions.

Steve has completed lease transactions and acquisitions ranging from small office requirements to major headquarter facilities. He has helped a diverse range of clients realize significant cost savings and increased effectiveness through creativity, careful planning, and strong client advocacy.

Steve received a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business and holds a Michigan real estate license.
