Transaction Management

David is a member of the transaction management team. He provides leasing and acquisition services for office, retail and industrial clients.

David has performed market research for a wide variety of clients with needs ranging from small, temporary offices to expansive manufacturing space. He identifies real estate options to meet project needs including geographic focus, financial constraints, and space allocation criteria.

David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Oakland University. David participates as a corporate member of Automation Alley and the Troy Chamber of Commerce.
