Beverly F. Erickson, Vice President

Beverly specializes in real estate advisory services, including asset positioning, project feasibility, acquisitions, joint ventures, financing, and project management. Her clients include publicly traded companies, private investors, health systems, and non-profit organizations including an active practice supporting religious organizations.

Beverly began her career in healthcare serving in multiple capacities including operations, finance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate real estate for Henry Ford Health System and The Detroit Medical Center. During her healthcare tenure, she was instrumental in the planning, execution and management of several ambulatory care facilities. In 1996, she joined a private real estate development and investment firm where she served as a senior development manager on commercial, multi-family and mixed use developments.

Beverly’s unique understanding of strategic organizational real estate planning is invaluable in the evaluation of programmatic and capital initiatives. She excels in her ability to reach consensus in complex situations, and has worked on a wide range of highly visible projects. She has served on several not-for-profit boards, including chair of an organization’s facility committee.

Beverly received her Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Oakland University and her Master's of Business Administration from Wayne State University. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
