David I. Asker, Associate
Public Sector

Drawing from over two decades of experience working with public sector clients, David provides valuable insight to municipalities, libraries, courts and school districts during facility planning and implementation. His areas of expertise include project feasibility, operational efficiencies, technology and project financing consulting.

David's understanding of how organizations operate and how they function within space provides his clients with a unique perspective to maximize operational efficiency in their current and/or proposed projects, while seeking to minimize costs. David gained tremendous insight into municipal operations and development as a project manager at a regional civil engineering and an urban planning firm working with communities in Southeastern Michigan.

David received a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova University, a Master’s in Urban Planning, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Wayne State University. David is a member of the SEMCOG Community Economic Development Committee and Leadership Oakland (18th Class). He participates as a corporate member of Michigan Municipal League, Michigan Townships Association, Michigan School Business Officials, Michigan Library Association and Southeast Michigan Police Chief Association.
